In addition, by cooperating with the Red Cross of the Republic of Poland, we are looking for the burial places of the soldiers of the Polish Army (ArmiaWojskaPolskiego), the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army and the Soviet Army who died in Poland during the hostilities overthe past century.

We save from demolitionand annihilationthe relics and monuments them atically associated with various military events in the past.

Within the framework of the applicablelegislation, we actively respond to all acts of vandalism and demolitionof memorials, monuments and burial places of soldiers and report about these incidents to the respective services and state bodies.

OBJECTS IN LINE

1. In May 2017, residents of the town of Głubczyce addressed the KURSK Society on the issue of restoration and reconstruction of monuments and burial grounds located in the territory of their district. We examined theSoviet monument in the former cemetery. It is in a decayedstate and needs to be repaired, therefore we plan to receive authorization for restoration works before long.
2. The field near the village of Dzbantse is the site of death of the Soviet tank crew in March 1945. Servicemen Gennady Volkov and NazipHazipov were 19 and 21 years old, respectively, one of them was the Hero of the Soviet Union. The monument is being taken care of by local citizens, but we found a broken tablet with a photograph. We will restore it and update the obelisk.
3. The field near the village of Głubczyce is the site of death of yet another tank crew, which took place also in March 1945. Here a memorial plaque is in need of being restored, since the inscription is almost invisible.
